Jak moc je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd? Je pro n\u00e1s jeho nedostatek \u0161kodliv\u00fd? A pokud ano, jak\u00fd je v tomto ohledu p\u0159\u00ednos dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy? Dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zku si k tomuto t\u00e9matu polo\u017eili ir\u00e1n\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci. Jak\u00e1 je souvislost mezi vitaminem D a migr\u00e9nou? Jeliko\u017e migr\u00e9na nen\u00ed doposud dostate\u010dn\u011b prozkoum\u00e1na, je i role z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch proces\u016f a poruch imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu nad\u00e1le nejasn\u00e1, nicm\u00e9n\u011b st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji se ukazuje jako d\u016fle\u017eitost. A zde p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do hry vitamin D. Ve sv\u00e9 p\u0159em\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 form\u011b, kter\u00e1 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro jeho funkci v na\u0161em t\u011ble, je spojen s mnoha oblastmi v imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu. A i zde je je\u0161t\u011b mnoho ot\u00e1zek. Co je ale zn\u00e1mo, je nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee nedostatek vitaminu D je spojov\u00e1n se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee tedy vitamin D souviset i s migr\u00e9nami? Dosavadn\u00ed studie si t\u00edm zat\u00edm nejsou jist\u00e9. Ir\u00e1n\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci proto studovali koncentraci vitaminu D v krvi pacient\u016f trp\u00edc\u00edch migr\u00e9nou.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68e10a1 obcs none e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"68e10a1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59524a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"59524a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Dva druhy migr\u00e9ny<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1c95de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1c95de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zde pozorovali v\u011bdci 70 zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f a 70 osob trp\u00edc\u00edch migr\u00e9nou p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a pohlav\u00ed. Zhruba polovina pacient\u016f s migr\u00e9nou trp\u011bla chronick\u00fdmi migr\u00e9nami (34 posti\u017een\u00fdch) a druh\u00e1 polovina epizodick\u00fdmi migr\u00e9nami (36 posti\u017een\u00fdch). Diagn\u00f3za byla u v\u0161ech osob stanovena stejn\u011b, a sice v souladu s krit\u00e9rii stanoven\u00fdmi Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spole\u010dnost\u00ed pro bolesti hlavy. Po prvn\u00edm vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 migr\u00e9nou obdr\u017eeli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci den\u00edk \u201ebolest\u00ed hlavy\u201c, kter\u00fd si museli v\u00e9st po dobu 30 dn\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho jim byly odebr\u00e1ny i vzorky krve, ze kter\u00fdch byla ur\u010den obsah vitaminu D v krvi. Koncentrace o 20 nanogramech na jeden mililitr byla vyhodnocena jako nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 hladina vitaminu D, hodnoty mezi 20 a 29 ng\/ml byly ur\u010den\u00e9 jako sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 a teprve hodnoty mezi 30 a 100 ng\/ml se prok\u00e1zaly jako dostate\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1soba vitaminu D.<\/p><p>Vyhodnocen\u00ed t\u011bchto dat n\u00e1m p\u0159ipravilo mal\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed. U pacient\u016f trp\u00edc\u00edch migr\u00e9nou byly nam\u011b\u0159eny v pr\u016fm\u011bru mnohem men\u0161\u00ed hodnoty vitaminu D, ne\u017e u zdrav\u00fdch pacient\u016f. V pr\u016fm\u011bru dos\u00e1hli 30 ng\/ml, zat\u00edmco u zdrav\u00fdch pacient\u016f to bylo 43 ng\/ml. Odli\u0161n\u00e1 byla ale nejen pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace, i po\u010det \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s jak jasn\u00fdm nedostatkem vitaminu D, tak i sn\u00ed\u017eenou hodnotou vitaminu D byl signifikantn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed u pacient\u016f trp\u00edc\u00edch migr\u00e9nami (36 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f = 53,7%) ne\u017e u zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f (18 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f = 26,1%).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1a7889 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d1a7889\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ka\u017ed\u00e1 kapka se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c1f263 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c1f263\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>P\u0159i srovn\u00e1n\u00ed osob s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi, respektive ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi hodnotami vitam\u00ednu D zna\u010dn\u011b prok\u00e1zal jasnou souvislost mezi mno\u017estv\u00edm vitaminu D v krvi a v\u00fdskytem migr\u00e9n. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 kapka byla diagnosticky prokazateln\u00e1.\u00a0 S mno\u017estv\u00edm vitaminu D v krvi v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pouze o 5 ng\/ml kles\u00e1 pravd\u011bpodobnost pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed s migr\u00e9nami o 22 %.
