Sonografie <\/strong>-neboli vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed ultazvukem &#8211; m\u016f\u017ee v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tak\u00e9 mnoh\u00e9 uk\u00e1zat.<br \/>P\u0159i podez\u0159en\u00ed na Hashimotovu tyreoiditidu je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st krevn\u00ed test na<strong> protil\u00e1tky proti \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1ze produkovan\u00e9 imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.<\/strong><br \/>V laboratorn\u00edch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina TPO-AK<\/strong> (protil\u00e1tek proti tyreoid\u00e1ln\u00ed peroxid\u00e1ze) a protil\u00e1tek proti<strong> z\u00e1sobn\u00edmu proteinu tyreoglobulinu<\/strong> (TG-AK).<br \/>Tyto protil\u00e1tky v\u0161ak nejsou zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 asi u 10 % posti\u017een\u00fdch.
