Tyto dv\u011b nad\u0159azen\u00e9 skupiny bakteri\u00ed p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed v lidsk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b z v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 % a <strong>\u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je pod\u00edl <em>Firmicutes<\/em>, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je na\u0161e t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost.<\/strong><\/p><p>Tyto bakterie poskytuj\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bku dal\u0161\u00ed sacharidy, a tedy i dal\u0161\u00ed kalorie t\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed slo\u017eky potravy,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 jsou ve skute\u010dnosti<strong> z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti nestraviteln\u00e9<\/strong> (vl\u00e1knina).
