At the time, <strong>probiotic medicine<\/strong> was a largely unexplored field with many unanswered questions. When Institut AllergoSan in Graz began to specialise in this field and invest in <strong>microbiome research<\/strong>, there were also many critical voices. &#8220;Some people thought we were crazy because, from an economic point of view, it didn&#8217;t seem to be a promising area at the time.
