Ingredients:
- 200 g quinoa
- 3 spring onions
- 1 apple
- 2 carrots
- 100 g peanuts
- 2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 4 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 sachet of your favourite OMNi-BiOTiC® product
- 2 tbsp. apple juice
Method
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in water before adding into a saucepan with 0.5 liter of water. Bring to the boil then on a medium heat simmer for 15 minutes.
When cooked, leave the quinoa to cool. To cool quickly, spread the cooked quinoa out on a baking tray.
In the meantime, mix 1 sachet of an OMNi-BiOTiC® product of your choice with the apple juice and put to one side to activate. Wash the spring onions then slice up thinly. Peel the apple and chop into chunks, then peel and grate the carrots. Mix the quinoa, spring onion, apple chunks, carrot and all other ingredients and put them into a bowl. Finally, dress the salad with the apple juice with rehydrated OMNi-BiOTiC® and serve immediately.
