Fruity Chia Seed Pudding

- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 ml soy milk (unsweetened)
- 2 pinches of bourbon vanilla or cinnamon
- 200 g fruit of your choice
- 1 sachet OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER
In a small bowl, pour soy milk over the chia seeds together with the bourbon vanilla or cinnamon, stir briefly with a spoon and leave to soak overnight.
In the morning, add 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER and stir again until the powder is completely dissolved, add fruit and enjoy.
Our tip: Tropical fruit such as mango, kiwi or pineapple are particularly tasty with the otherwise rather tasteless chia seeds. The fruit can also be pureed with a hand blender and folded into the chia seed mixture – then it becomes especially fruity! If you like it a little sweeter, you can also chop 2-3 dates and add them to the pudding.
