De plus, d&rsquo;autres causes sont courantes parmi lesquelles on peut citer : une<strong> alimentation d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong> et de <strong>mauvaises habitudes alimentaires<\/strong>, par exemple, un repas pris pr\u00e9cipitamment conduit \u00e0 avaler plus d\u2019air et celui-ci p\u00e9n\u00e9tre dans l\u2019appareil digestif.<\/p><p>Cependant, la majeure partie de l&rsquo;air intestinal est produite par l&rsquo;intestin ou par les bact\u00e9ries pr\u00e9sentes dans l&rsquo;intestin au cours des processus m\u00e9taboliques propres \u00e0 l&rsquo;intestin. Ce m\u00e9canisme est <strong>favoris\u00e9 par certains aliments<\/strong> <em>(par exemple : les aliments riches en fibres comme le chou, les l\u00e9gumes secs tels que les lentilles ou les haricots, les f\u00e9culents&#8230;).<\/em> De m\u00eame, un <strong>repas tr\u00e8s copieux, gras ou sucr\u00e9<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019une <strong>consommation excessive d\u2019alcool ou de caf\u00e9<\/strong> favorisent les gonflements et les flatulences. Les substituts du sucre qui sont utilis\u00e9s dans de nombreux produits all\u00e9g\u00e9s <em>(tels que le sorbitol et le xylitol)<\/em> produisent ce que l\u2019on appelle des \u00ab flatuosit\u00e9s \u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des gaz accumul\u00e9s dans le tube digestif et expuls\u00e9s par la bouche ou l&rsquo;anus.<\/p><p>En outre, les ballonnements sont les sympt\u00f4mes typiques du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omni-biotic.com\/fr-fr\/troubles-digestifs\/syndrome-intestin-irritable\/\"><strong>syndrome de l\u2019intestin (c\u00f4lon) irritable<\/strong><\/a>. Des <strong>facteurs psychiques<\/strong> comme le stress ou la peur, les <strong>hormones<\/strong> (pendant la grossesse ou au d\u00e9but des r\u00e8gles) peuvent favoriser la formation de gaz dans l\u2019intestin.
