La Prof.ssa Anita Frauwallner, fondatrice e direttrice dell&#8217;Institut Allergosan spiega: &#8220;Una ricerca scientifica basata su studi di alto livello costituiscono il punto di partenza per i nostri probiotici. Selezioniamo appositamente i vari ceppi batterici naturalmente presenti nel corpo umano in modo tale che riescano a colonizzare l&#8217;intestino e a riprodursi. Questo viene naturalmente corroborato da diversi studi condotti da cliniche rinomate.&#8221;<\/p><p>La rigorosa selezione dei ceppi batterici umani \u00e8 stata rappresentata in modo particolarmente significativo in uno studio<sup>2<\/sup> dell&#8217;ospedale AKH di Vienna: sono stati isolati dall&#8217;intestino e dalla vagina di donne in salute i germi responsabili della corretta colonizzazione vaginale. I pi\u00f9 forti tra loro vengono selezionati nel corso di procedure lunghe e complesse al fine di trattare donne colpite da malattie quali infezioni recidive alle vie urinarie, vaginosi batterica oppure infezioni fungine attraverso l&#8217;introduzione nell&#8217;organismo di batteri probiotici, i quali vanno ad agire sulle cause insediandosi stabilmente nell&#8217;intestino. &#8220;L&#8217;Institut AllergoSan sfrutta il sapere acquisito nei decenni per la ricerca in modo da identificare i ceppi batterici appositi per trattare diverse problematiche legate alla salute. Questi ultimi si ritrovano nei prodotti OMNi-BiOTiC\u00ae e grazie ai loro effetti positivi fanno s\u00ec che i clienti diventino veri e propri fan fedeli al marchio&#8221;, spiega la Prof.ssa Frauwallner.<\/p><p>Medici e farmacisti hanno instaurato un rapporto di fiducia verso questi probiotici grazie agli studi scientifici pubblicati su riviste scientifiche di alto livello, i quali comprovano la loro validit\u00e0 ed efficacia. \u00c8 questo il caso della ricerca condotta sul trattamento della diarrea associata agli antibiotici apparso sul rinomato &#8220;American Journal of Gastroenterology&#8221; e dichiarato dall&#8217;OMS tra i 15 migliori studi sui probiotici a livello mondiale. Grande riconoscenza hanno avuto anche quelli realizzati sull&#8217;impiego dei probiotici in gravidanza, i quali contribuiscono a regolare il funzionamento del sistema immunitario e a ridurre notevolmente il rischio di allergie, asma e neurodermite nei bambini con familiarit\u00e0. Questi risultati sono stati pubblicati sulla rinomata rivista scientifica &#8220;Allergy&#8221; con il nome di &#8220;studio PANDA&#8221;. Anche sul &#8220;Journal Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics&#8221; \u00e8 apparso uno studio che ha riscosso particolare successo: in collaborazione con l&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Medicina di Graz \u00e8 stato possibile dimostrare che un probiotico appositamente sviluppato \u00e8 in grado di migliorare la funzionalit\u00e0 epatica persino nei pazienti con grave cirrosi epatica. Si tratta infatti di una possibilit\u00e0 terapeutica mai esistita prima e per di pi\u00f9 senza effetti collaterali, i quali subentrerebbero nel caso di un trapianto di fegato, l&#8217;unica alternativa possibile a un trattamento a base di probiotici.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-240566e obcs none e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"240566e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-549e1c3 e-con-full obcs none e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"549e1c3\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc2e2b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc2e2b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Investire continuamente nella ricerca \n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d423789 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d423789\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tra i successi pi\u00f9 recenti della ricerca si annovera uno studio, da poco pubblicato, sull&#8217;impiego dei probiotici in caso di ferite croniche <sup>3<\/sup>, nei pazienti con diabete mellito. Nell\u2019ambito di questa malattia, questo tipo di complicanze \u00e8 frequente e rappresenta un&#8217;enorme sfida per i pazienti sia a livello fisico e psicologico. I germi patogeni, che si trovano solitamente nelle ferite non cicatrizzanti, ostacolano il processo di guarigione e costituiscono un grande fattore di rischio per lo sviluppo di infezioni locali e sistemiche. Studi scientifici dimostrano che i batteri probiotici sono in grado di escludere i batteri patogeni e ridurre le infiammazioni, esercitando cos\u00ec un effetto positivo sul microbioma della pelle e delle mucose. Attraverso l&#8217;asse intestino-pelle esiste una stretta interazione tra la flora intestinale e quella cutanea, per cui, una modulazione positiva della flora intestinale mediante l\u2019assunzione di probiotici di rilevanza medica, pu\u00f2 migliorare anche la flora cutanea attraverso fattori immunologici. Nell&#8217;ambito di questo studio \u00e8 stato dimostrato in modo sorprendente che la somministrazione di un probiotico multispecie di rilevanza medica per 6 mesi ha portato a un miglioramento significativo della guarigione delle ferite in tutti i pazienti. Sebbene il trattamento delle ferite non sia stato modificato, in quasi il 50% dei pazienti le ferite si sono ridotte di oltre la met\u00e0 e in quasi il 40% dei pazienti le ferite sono completamente guarite. I pazienti, inoltre, hanno riportato un notevole miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 della vita, soprattutto riguardo agli effetti positivi su dolore e mobilit\u00e0. Assumere i probiotici per via orale offre quindi l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 ideale per influenzare positivamente il microbioma della pelle e delle ferite attraverso l&#8217;asse intestino-pelle e rappresentano quindi una possibilit\u00e0 di trattamento innovativa per i pazienti con disturbi cronici in merito alla guarigione delle ferite.<\/p><p>Anche nel campo dell&#8217;oncologia ci sono risultati di ricerca molto importanti da menzionare. Nel modello murino o modello di tipo, la somministrazione di un probiotico ha portato a una significativa riduzione della perdita di tessuto adiposo bianco (cachessia) causata dalla chemioterapia. In particolare, nel gruppo dei topi a cui \u00e8 stato somministrato il probiotico si \u00e8 osservata una perdita di peso corporeo significativamente inferiore nonostante la chemioterapia. Nel gruppo di controllo invece \u00e8 stato rilevato che il probiotico multispecie ha ridotto i focolai infiammatori a livello della parete intestinale e ha rafforzato in modo significativo la barriera intestinale. Le analisi delle feci hanno inoltre mostrato un miglioramento della composizione della flora intestinale nel gruppo di topi che ha assunto i probiotici. Particolarmente degna di nota \u00e8 la riduzione dell&#8217;infiammazione grazie all&#8217;assunzione del probiotico. L&#8217;impiego del probiotico multispecie di rilevanza medica pu\u00f2 quindi contribuire a migliorare sia il decorso terapeutico che la qualit\u00e0 di vita. Questi risultati dovrebbero essere a breve confermati nell\u2019ambito di uno studio clinico con pazienti affetti da cancro al colon <sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p><p>Infine, risultati interessanti sono emersi nell\u2019ambito di uno studio clinico in merito alla diminuzione delle malattie respiratorie acute negli anziani. \u00c8 noto che, con l&#8217;avanzare dell&#8217;et\u00e0, la reattivit\u00e0 del sistema immunitario diminuisce e aumenta il rischio di contrarre infezioni. Questo, inoltre, \u00e8 accompagnato da cambiamenti negativi nella flora intestinale legati all&#8217;et\u00e0. Soprattutto nelle malattie respiratorie, la funzionalit\u00e0 della flora intestinale e il suo ruolo immunologico sono di particolare importanza, poich\u00e9 l&#8217;intestino \u00e8 in costante comunicazione con i polmoni. Nell&#8217;ambito di questo studio \u00e8 stato chiaramente dimostrato che la somministrazione del probiotico per 12 settimane ha portato a una riduzione della comparsa di infezioni respiratorie. Particolarmente interessante \u00e8 la durata di queste infezioni nel gruppo dei partecipanti che ha assunto il probiotico, in quanto essa \u00e8 stata significativamente ridotta rispetto al gruppo di partecipanti che ha assunto il placebo. Questo studio dimostra inoltre che il cambiamento positivo della flora intestinale, grazie all\u2019assunzione di un probiotico, specificamente formulato, pu\u00f2 sostenere la prevenzione delle infezioni.<sup>5<\/sup><\/p><p>Sono proprio questi studi e altri 40 progetti di ricerca, ai quali partecipa l\u2019Institut AllergoSan, che lo rendono il centro austriaco per la ricerca sul microbioma: \u201cIl futuro appartiene alla medicina probiotica. Grazie alla nostra ricerca e allo sviluppo dei nostri prodotti siamo orgogliosi di poter fornire il nostro contributo\u201d, conclude la Mag.
