Konkr\u00e9tne, \u017ee takzvan\u00fd \u201cpocit v bruchu\u201d a spr\u00e1vy vych\u00e1dzaj\u00face z na\u0161ich \u010driev sa daj\u00fa skuto\u010dne dok\u00e1za\u0165 a maj\u00fa obrovsk\u00fd vplyv na telesn\u00e9 a du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie alebo dokonca choroby.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #b5085a\"><em style=\"background-color: inherit\"><strong>Prof. Frauwallner:<\/strong> Dlho si \u013eudia mysleli, \u017ee \u010drevo je len tr\u00e1viaca trubica a nem\u00e1 \u017eiadny \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam. Dnes vieme, \u017ee tak\u00fdto poh\u013ead tento org\u00e1n zna\u010dne podce\u0148uje. Nielen\u017ee je zodpovedn\u00fd za 30 ton potravy, ktor\u00e9 po\u010das \u017eivota skonzumujeme, ale chr\u00e1ni n\u00e1s aj pred chorobami. Sk\u00famali ste nervov\u00e9 spojenia medzi \u010drevom a mozgom, tak\u017ee moja ot\u00e1zka znie: \u010co znamen\u00e1 os \u010drevo-mozog a ak\u00fd m\u00e1 vplyv na \u010dloveka?<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><strong style=\"background-color: inherit\">Prof. Holzer:<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: inherit\">\u00a0Os \u010drevo-mozog je \u00fazke prepojenie a intenz\u00edvna v\u00fdmena inform\u00e1ci\u00ed medzi \u010drevom a mozgom, a to v oboch smeroch. \u010crev\u00e1 aj mozog s\u00fa \u017eivotne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 org\u00e1ny, a aby sme ako organizmus dobre fungovali a c\u00edtili sa zdravo a dobre, \u010dinnos\u0165 \u010driev a mozgu mus\u00ed by\u0165 dobre koordinovan\u00e1. Preto ke\u010f sa vyskytn\u00fa probl\u00e9my s jedn\u00fdm z t\u00fdchto org\u00e1nov, ve\u013emi \u010dasto m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 postihnut\u00fd aj druh\u00fd org\u00e1n. Aby sme pochopili os \u010drevo-mozog, mus\u00edme tie\u017e vedie\u0165, ako tieto dva org\u00e1ny navz\u00e1jom komunikuj\u00fa, a to prostredn\u00edctvom nervov, horm\u00f3nov, imunitn\u00fdch poslov a mikrobi\u00e1lnych poslov.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #b5085a\"><em style=\"background-color: inherit\"><strong>Prof. Frauwallner:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><a style=\"color: #b5085a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.omni-biotic.com\/sk\/blog\/probiotika-ovplyvnuju-vykonnost-mozgu\/\"><em><strong>\u010crevn\u00fd mozog<\/strong><\/em><\/a><em style=\"background-color: inherit\">\u00a0v skuto\u010dnosti nem\u00f4\u017ee \u201cmyslie\u0165\u201d, ale pou\u017e\u00edva t\u00fdch ist\u00fdch poslov ako mozog hlavy, a tak ovplyv\u0148uje to, \u010do c\u00edtime a ako mysl\u00edme. Existuj\u00fa o tom nejak\u00e9 d\u00f4kazy?<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"background-color: inherit\">Prof. Holzer:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"background-color: inherit\">\u00c1no, existuje ve\u013ea experiment\u00e1lnych d\u00f4kazov o s\u00favislosti medzi stresom, em\u00f3ciami, n\u00e1ladou, u\u010den\u00edm a pam\u00e4\u0165ou. Je tie\u017e d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 definova\u0165, \u010do sa rozumie pod pojmom stres. Nie ka\u017ed\u00fd stres je zl\u00fd, ale chronick\u00fd stres, ktor\u00e9mu nem\u00f4\u017eete unikn\u00fa\u0165 kv\u00f4li svojej s\u00fakromnej alebo pracovnej situ\u00e1cii, m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene d\u00f4sledky na mozog a in\u00e9 org\u00e1ny (srdce, krvn\u00fd obeh, \u010drev\u00e1 at\u010f.). Stres toti\u017e najprv p\u00f4sob\u00ed na mozog, ktor\u00fd potom sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a stresov\u00fa reakciu, aby sa s n\u00edm vyrovnal. Ak v\u0161ak stres nezmizne, ako je to v pr\u00edpade chronick\u00e9ho stresu, stresov\u00e1 reakcia zost\u00e1va a m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene n\u00e1sledky na mnoh\u00e9 org\u00e1ny \u2013 vr\u00e1tane mozgu. Ke\u010f ste boli konfrontovan\u00ed s hrozbou, mali ste len dve mo\u017enosti \u2013 \u201cboj alebo \u00fatek\u201d, t. j. bojova\u0165 s nepriate\u013eom alebo utiec\u0165. To u\u017e dnes nie je mo\u017en\u00e9, preto\u017ee kto m\u00f4\u017ee len tak utiec\u0165 z pracoviska len preto, \u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edci s\u00fa v strese a \u0161\u00e9f kri\u010d\u00ed? To v\u0161ak znamen\u00e1, \u017ee produkujeme obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estvo stresov\u00fdch horm\u00f3nov, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00f4\u017eeme odb\u00fara\u0165 t\u00fdm, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161ime v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 organizmu.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><b>Prof. Holzer:\u00a0<\/b>Od sam\u00e9ho za\u010diatku m\u00e1me neuroendokrinn\u00fa funk\u010dn\u00fa os, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1m pon\u00faka na v\u00fdber len boj alebo \u00fatek. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa kortizol neust\u00e1le produkuje v d\u00f4sledku permanentn\u00e9ho stresu, \u010do men\u00ed receptory. Kortizol by mal potl\u00e1\u010da\u0165 z\u00e1pal, ale u\u017e to nerob\u00ed. Naozaj\u00a0<a style=\"color: #b5085a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.omni-biotic.com\/sk\/blog\/stres-spanok-povedzte-dobru-noc-zlemu-spanku\/\"><strong>stres zhor\u0161uje sp\u00e1nok<\/strong><\/a>? A je u \u013eud\u00ed vystaven\u00fdch stresu naru\u0161en\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha seroton\u00ednu a melaton\u00ednu?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Prof. Holzer:\u00a0<\/strong>Z uveden\u00e9ho je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee chronick\u00fd stres ovplyv\u0148uje ur\u010dit\u00e9 oblasti mozgu (tzv. limbick\u00fd syst\u00e9m) sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd nar\u00fa\u0161a emocion\u00e1lnu rovnov\u00e1hu. V extr\u00e9mnych pr\u00edpadoch sa z toho m\u00f4\u017eu vyvin\u00fa\u0165 \u00fazkostn\u00e9 poruchy a depresie. To je jeden z d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do sa depresia pova\u017euje za chorobu s\u00favisiacu so stresom, ktorej predchodcom je vyhorenie. Ak sa bli\u017e\u0161ie pozriete na situ\u00e1ciu v mozgu depres\u00edvnych \u013eud\u00ed, zist\u00edte, \u017ee je postihnut\u00fdch mnoho oblast\u00ed mozgu a mnoho transmiterov: Seroton\u00edn, noradrenal\u00edn, glutam\u00e1t, neuropeptid Y a pravdepodobne tucet \u010fal\u0161\u00edch neurotransmiterov. Melaton\u00edn sa z\u00e1sadne podie\u013ea na dennom a no\u010dnom rytme, ktor\u00fd je naru\u0161en\u00fd pri depresii, ale rovnako aj pri strese a emocion\u00e1lnej nerovnov\u00e1he.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><span style=\"color: #b5085a\"><i><span class=\"text-primary\"><strong>Prof. Frauwallner:<\/strong> Na univerzite v Innsbrucku bolo dok\u00e1zan\u00e9, \u017ee\u00a0<a style=\"color: #b5085a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.omni-biotic.com\/sk\/blog\/stes-a-jeho-neziaduce-ucinky-na-nas-organizmus\/\"><strong>permanentn\u00fd stres<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0vedie k rozsiahlym z\u00e1palom v \u010dreve, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa obrovsk\u00fd vplyv na \u010drevn\u00fa bari\u00e9ru a na produkciu horm\u00f3nov a in\u00fdch posolov\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. \u010crevn\u00e9 bakt\u00e9rie odumieraj\u00fa, membr\u00e1nov\u00e9 prote\u00edny \u201ctesn\u00fdch spojov\u201d sa rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa, tox\u00edny a alerg\u00e9ny sa m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165 do krvi. Stres potl\u00e1\u010da imunitn\u00fd syst\u00e9m a zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1chylnos\u0165 na choroby a infekcie. To v\u0161ak nie je jedin\u00fd d\u00f4sledok stresu na organizmus. Prostredn\u00edctvom auton\u00f3mneho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu komunikuje\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omni-biotic.com\/sk\/blog\/stes-a-jeho-neziaduce-ucinky-na-nas-organizmus\/\">vystresovan\u00fd mozog<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0s takmer v\u0161etk\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi a m\u00f4\u017ee ovplyvni\u0165 ich funkciu a trvalo ich uvies\u0165 do situ\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 zodpoved\u00e1 ak\u00fatnej n\u00fadzovej tiesni. To m\u00e1 vplyv na srdce a krvn\u00fd obeh, ale aj na \u010drev\u00e1. Mechanizmy, ktor\u00fdmi sa zvy\u0161uje permeabilita \u010drevnej sliznice po\u010das chronick\u00e9ho stresu, nie s\u00fa zatia\u013e podrobne zn\u00e1me. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 priepustnos\u0165 v\u0161ak sp\u00f4sobuje \u010drev\u00e1m ve\u013ea probl\u00e9mov, preto\u017ee do \u010drevnej steny sa zrazu dostan\u00fa veci (tox\u00edny, patog\u00e9ny), ktor\u00e9 tam v skuto\u010dnosti nemaj\u00fa \u010do robi\u0165.
