Ich podiel na na\u0161ich tanieroch je v\u0161ak \u010dasto pr\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzky v porovnan\u00ed s m\u00e4som, rybami a r\u00fdchlym ob\u010derstven\u00edm. Syry a in\u00e9 mlie\u010dne v\u00fdrobky tie\u017e obsahuj\u00fa len m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny. V\u00fdsledkom je, \u017ee na\u0161e telo m\u00e1\u00a0<strong>nedostatok<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>vl\u00e1kniny<\/strong>. Ale nebolo to tak v\u017edy: v na\u0161ich z\u00e1padn\u00fdch zemepisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00edrkach sa kedysi v strave vyskytovalo podstatne viac obiln\u00edn vo forme ka\u0161\u00ed, polievok a predov\u0161etk\u00fdm kvalitn\u00e9ho chleba. Tieto potraviny boli bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kninu, k\u00fdm sa pri v\u00fdrobe m\u00faky neza\u010dala z obiln\u00fdch z\u0155n vytes\u0148ova\u0165 \u0161upka bohat\u00e1 na vl\u00e1kninu. Strava bola tie\u017e ove\u013ea<strong>\u00a0bohat\u0161ia na zeleninu<\/strong>\u00a0a vysoko spracovan\u00e9 potraviny a polotovary boli cudz\u00edmi slovami \u2013\u00a0<strong>spotreba vl\u00e1kniny<\/strong>\u00a0bola v priemere 80 gramov denne. Okrem toho\u00a0<strong>vl\u00e1knina v \u010dreve napu\u010diava<\/strong>, a t\u00fdm zas\u00fdti. Regulova\u0165 sa m\u00f4\u017ee aj\u00a0<strong>krvn\u00fd tlak<\/strong>, preto\u017ee vl\u00e1knina sa v \u010dreve okrem in\u00e9ho rozklad\u00e1 na kyselinu propionov\u00fa.
