Agreement to store personal data*

I agree that the following companies are allowed to store and process personal data and personal interests (hereinafter referred to as "Data"): 1. Institut AllergoSan Deutschland (privat) GmbH, 2. Institut AllergoSan Pharmazeutische Produkte, Forschungs- und Vertriebs GmbH and 3. companies associated with the companies mentioned, and those medical companies, which are supervised or supported by one of the companies mentioned in points 1 to 3.

I agree that the above companies may contact me by e-mail, fax, mail or other common means of communication for purposes of science, event and product information, and for marketing purposes, and may send me product samples and offers. I've read and accept the data protection.
