There are many factors that can cause damage to your gut flora, including high stress levels, unbalanced diets, regularly taking medication, among others! A damaged gut flora may not only be causing digestive problems such as bloating and constipation, but can also cause you to feel more tired or even have skin problems. Most of all, a imbalanced gut can impact your immune system, leaving you more susceptible to infections.
How is OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 taken?
Stir 1 dose of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 (= 2/3 g) 1-2 times daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. Ideally, OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 should be taken on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 twice daily, it should be taken before breakfast and before the evening meal. If you suffer from a fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the fructooligosaccharides. Therefore no fructose gets into the intestine. OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 is also safe for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
