How does OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD work?

How is OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD taken?
During the course of antibiotics, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD (= 5 g) twice daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. After the course of antibiotics, continue taking 1 sachet once daily preferably for another 14 days. Ideally, OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD should not be taken together with an antibiotic, but at least 1 hour before or after. Children up to 3 years of age can take half the dosage. OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. To take this product twice daily, we recommend taking it before breakfast and before your evening meal is recommended. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the fructooligosaccharides. Therefore, no fructose gets into the intestine.
