If you would like to order a single product instead of a bundle, you can do so at any time at the regular individual price.

How long should I take the products in the bundle for?
In order to experience noticeable effects, it is recommended that you take the products for at least 1 month or the duration advised by your doctor. How long you should take the products depends on the condition of your gut microbiome, your age and your lifestyle. A general “rule of thumb” is 1 month for every year in which you have put a lot of strain on your intestines. If you need a recommendation, please feel free to contact us for advice.
