We are a family business in which people count and are at the centre of our work. And that’s why we create a working environment that supports each individual in giving their best – a family structure, positive interaction and, of course, a clear focus on keeping our employees healthy.
Because the backbone of Institut AllergoSan is the people who work for and with us – and they can look forward to numerous goodies: from regular sports programs and free daily refreshments at the OMNi-BiOTiC® bar to a free monthly product for the family and, in particular, an appreciative and friendly approach to each other – day after day.
We value diversity and genuine teamwork: employees from more than 20 nations, different cultures, age groups and specialisms work together – after all, it’s about everyone’s health. Regular further training to keep pace with advances in research and product development is, therefore, a matter of course for our colleagues. In return, every employee is supported in developing and utilising their skills.
Our special working atmosphere includes the organisation of work and time, including the option of working from home – adapted to personal circumstances. This means that every employee can realise their full potential with us!
Charity support
Because sustainability and responsibility by no means stop at the doors of Institut AllergoSan, we support a whole range of charitable projects with the utmost conviction, from the construction of drinking water wells in Malawi to cancer aid in Styria and the protection of the Dürrenstein wilderness area. The institute supports organisations such as “Doctors without Borders” and is committed to the protection of children – both in Austria and in poverty-stricken countries in Africa, to name just a few activities.
A particularly important cause that fits in perfectly with our sustainability philosophy is the “BioBienenApfel” initiative: with the support of Institut AllergoSan, large areas of wildflower meadows will be created in Austria over the coming years, providing these important insects with an ideal habitat for reproduction.
